If you have questions, email christina@creativehadleydike.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and project inquiries: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and the details you share about your question or pattern-making project.
  • Free resources, quizzes and email sign-ups: your name, email address, and your answers to quizzes or sign-up questions.
  • Course enrollment and the student portal: your name, email address, login details, course progress, and anything you post in course or community areas.
  • Booking a call: your name, email address, phone number, the time you pick, and anything you share in the booking form.
  • Purchases: billing name, email, billing address and order details. Payment card details go straight to our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Text messages: if you opt in to texts, your mobile phone number and your consent record (the date, time and form where you opted in).
  • Live sessions: we record live coaching, office hours, trainings and patterning parties on Zoom so students can rewatch them. Your name, voice, video and chat messages may appear in the recording if you have your camera or mic on or you post in chat. To stay out of a recording, keep your camera and mic off and rename yourself before you join.
